Malcolm S. Bethea has joined LAH Commercial Real Estate concentrating on real estate investments with an emphasis on multi-family investments. Mr. Bethea (Mac) has been involved in Birmingham commercial real estate for the past 30 years working for both himself and other well known Birmingham companies.

Austin joined LAH Commercial in 2005. As qualifying broker, he leads our team of commercial agents. He is a graduate of Auburn University where he met his wife Kelsey. They have two children and live in Birmingham. Austin has a wide array of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing.

Randy has worked in Commercial Real Estate with expertise in recreational land and farms in Alabama for over 20 years.

After spending his childhood years in Athens, Georgia, swimming on scholarship for the University of Georgia and working on a Panamanian freighter plying the waters of the southern Caribbean the president of LAH entered the Birmingham real estate market in 1977. Maurice is happily married to his wife Marian and they have with two children and five perfect grandchildren.

Perry handles sales and leasing of all types of commercial real estate. Born and raised in Birmingham, he completed high school at Blue Ridge Boarding School in Charlottesville, Virginia and is a proud recent graduate of the University of Mississippi ('24).

Rachel Nichols joined LAH Commercial Real Estate in 2017 after seven years with the Alabama Center for Real Estate. Rachel is active in sales and leasing of commercial property and enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients. She recently served as President of BirminghamCREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).

Birmingham native, Bill Warren married Patty Bevill of Jasper in 1982. They have one daughter, Louisa, a dentist, who is married and has blessed them with three wonderful grandchildren. A lifelong real estate investor, Bill turned his passion into a profession, launching his career as a commercial real estate agent in 1999.
