Rachel Nichols joined LAH Commercial Real Estate in 2017 after seven years with the Alabama Center for Real Estate. Rachel is active in sales and leasing of commercial property and enjoys building lasting relationships with her clients. She recently served as President of BirminghamCREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She earned her Associate Broker license in 2020 and the CCIM Designation in 2022. Rachel enjoys time with her extended family, Alabama football and being outdoors. Rachel lives in Birmingham with her husband (John), young son (John Tyler) and two dogs (Savannah and Tess).
